Cannabis
If reclassified to Schedule 3, forming a partnership to develop a Schedule 3 drug, under FDA guidelines would be necessary.
In 2024, we tested the growing environment on this remote property, with some very encouraging results. The property is about 25 miles from the nearest gas station-café and about 100 miles from the nearest population center of any size.
As a rotational crop, there are 800 acres of certified “Organic” soil, under pivot irrigation available.
The property is also associated with a large industrial building, that has 1,500 amps of 480-volt, 3 phase power, which could be utilized as a processing facility.
Psilocybin
Potentially the most beneficial product for improving the quality of life for those in need.
Same as with Schedule 3 Cannabis, a partnership to develop Psilocybin, under State or FDA or guidelines would be necessary.
We have located an ideal, inexpensive industrial property, with between 2,500 sq/ft to 250,000 sq/ft of space available. The property manager says it is naturally climate controlled at about 60°F-65°F year-round. He believes this would be a perfect location to produce and process psilocybin mushrooms.
