We are involved in Standards Development and an organizational member of the ASTM, (American Society for Testing and Materials)
Serving on the: D-37 Cannabis/Hemp and E-55 Pharmicuticles committees.

We are also participating in standards development for the International Organization for Standards, ISO, in conjunction with the American National Standards Institute, ANSI
Serving on Technical Committee TC-353

Regulatory Compliance and Development

It is our view that, “Regulatory Compliance is not a burden, but a badge of honor”.
Currently, the Hemp regulatory environment is in a state of uncertainty. The new Farm Bill might drastically change the Hemp industry.
We will always respect the standards and regulations of the “Jurisdiction with Authority”.
Additionally, we will always welcome the opportunity to participate in regulatory development.
